Our Mission

At Your Healing Journey, our mission is to help individuals achieve balance and wellness through the practice of Reiki. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to experience the benefits of Reiki and we are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for our clients.

Our Services

We offer Reiki services in person at west end yoga studio and via Zoom! Jackie provides Reiki sessions, healing courses and individual one on one journeys to help individuals heal. Jackie is also intuitive and has a beautiful gift of channeling spirit to help you in areas where you are needing extra guidance.

We offer 3 scheduling options.

1 Hour session in person or via zoom. This is if you haven't had a session with us before or you haven't had a session in the last 2 years. $80

45 min session in person or via zoom if you have seen us in the past 2 years. $70

1 Hour Urgent Zoom Session. This is whether you have seen us before or not, but you are having an experience in life, in this moment where you need help to navigate a situation. No "urgent reason" is too small. I am here to help. $100

Our Practitioner

Jackie is a highly trained and experienced in the practice of Reiki. Her intuitive abilities are also incredibly accurate. She is passionate about helping others and is dedicated to providing the best possible care to our clients. Jackie is a Reiki Master/ Teacher. She has been working as a reiki master since 2017. She has had the honor of working on over 600 clients from all over the US! Jackie is attuned to Reiki Master III/ Master Teacher

What does a Reiki Session with me look like?

We will meet at West End Yoga Studio in the OM room or via Zoom! We will start off by talking about what you hope to accomplish from the session.

Some of the things I can help you discover, such as where you may be stuck emotionally, physically, mentally or you have questions about which direction to go. Such as guidance on:

Love
Family
Finances
Career
Past emotional pain/trauma
Physical pain/conditions

The guidance is endless. How do I do this? I connect with your guides, who are here to help you on this journey. As we chat about the things you would like to resolve, "they, your guides" give me visions, feelings, impressions on ways to help you navigate your life. It's like having a little secret map to your journey, to help you keep moving forward in life!

After we spend about 30 minutes getting your specific messages and guidance, we will relax and I will call in the Reiki energy to work through you to release all fear, emotions, pain, trauma- that your energy system is still holding on to.

Once we are finished, you may feel refreshed, relaxed and have a beautiful, inspired direction for your life... that is FOR YOU and ONLY YOU to bring you love, acceptance, peace and support for your Souls Journey!

Im here to walk with you through a painful journey

If you find yourself in a state of pain and grief from loss of a loved one, divorce, betrayal, job loss or any other life altering event that has changed the course of your life, I am here to help. I will walk with you on this painful path to help you process the grief, heal from the pain and discover your power in the new, altered space you are in.

There are 2 options to this beautiful, hand in hand healing journey. 4 or 8 week, one on one guidance. We will meet once a week via zoom- for one-hour sessions. We will work with your guides to see this pain through a healing perspective. Each session will be finished with reiki healing to keep the energy of the pain and grief moving through the body, so healing can take place in an expedited, controlled process.

my personal story

Why was I chosen to do this work?

How did I stumble upon reiki healing, you ask? I was experiencing neck and back pain in 2017. I did the traditional medicine route. I went to my PCP who prescribed meds. When that didn't resolve it- I was referred to a chiropractor. After multiple painful visits, I still wasn't any better. I hadn't had any trauma to the body to explain the pain. No accidents or injuries.

Finally, fed up with the pain- and ignoring my intuition which kept telling me to google "reiki", I did. I scheduled a reiki session at a local holistic healing office. I went in with no idea of what "voodoo" was about to happen. During my session my practitioner was able to pick up on that my physical symptoms, were the result of childhood emotional trauma that my physical body was still holding onto. I had been on a spiritual journey for about 15 years at this point. Meditation, reading all of the books, praying, and traditional therapy. Which were all amazing... except my body and soul were completely out of alignment. So, the body wasn't getting the message that the emotional trauma was healed.

Reiki energy brought my body and soul back into alignment, allowing the body to release the "pain" of the childhood trauma. What I didn't know or realize at the time is, we are a BODY and a SOUL and when emotional trauma happens, the body goes into a protective space to shelter us from the pain. My body didn't get the memo that the trauma was healed. So, it was screaming at me through the pain that something was wrong. Thankfully, my pain never came back after that day. Which is what pushed me to train to become a reiki master, so I could bridge the "voodoo" gap, if you will. My soul was now in alignment, and I "knew" this was the work meant for me!

Your medical doctor is never going to ask what emotional trauma you had, that may have led to your physical symptoms. They are always just going to treat the physical symptom but not always the root cause. This is why traditional medicine sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't. Because some physical pain is rooted in emotion and not in the physical. This is why I do what I do. To help those who are suffering and there's no medical explanation, as to why??

Since, this reiki journey has started, I have had so much more emotional trauma happen to me. I got divorced after years of my ex-husband being unfaithful. The divorce resulted in all 3 of my "grownish" children not speaking to me for almost 3 years. This was the hardest human test up to this point... the reason I am sharing is just because I am aligned with God and honoring him in my work, does not mean I am protected from the pain of life. I have taken the 3 years of pain and healing, from my divorce and turned it into a beautiful course where I am helping Women heal from emotional trauma. I am living proof of taking your pain and using it for good. No weapon formed against you, shall prosper.

A question I get asked a lot

My answer is beautiful and simple. Jesus, Gods son came to earth as the ultimate healer. He laid hands on people and healed them. He gave them messages of inspiration and comfort.

In no way am I comparing myself to Jesus, but he was the first healer on this planet. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt I was placed on this planet, at this time, to help heal God's children and bring them closer to our heavenly father. Reconnecting them with body and soul.

Some believe having abilities is evil. I believe that's a false narrative that is based on control and fear. I go to church every Sunday. I know in my soul I am a healer, a lightworker, a way maker. I honor God by being true to who I am, exactly how he made me. I have no doubts about my life's purpose on this planet. I honor him by helping you. It's my greatest joy and blessing to be of service to our God.
